Calosol.com a large ecommerce website specialising in alopecia (hair loss). This website has many customers globally and relies on people using its ecommerce website shop to generate revenue.
Due to the market, there are many keywords that can be targeted to increase traffic. "Alopecia" is the primary keyword, but is a very competitive word. A decision was therefore made to optimise less competitive keywords first like, "Childrens Hair Loss", "Eyebrow Recovery", "Alopecia Barbae" which have less competition, but still have large volumes of traffic. Now they are ranking well, more work is being done on alopecia.
